Jason Cherniak

Experienced lawyer focused on community and real results.

In 2008, Jason Cherniak founded the firm with a deep commitment to serving the York Region and Greater Toronto Area community. A lifelong resident of Richmond Hill, Jason earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, majoring in Ethics, Society and Law, and History.

He completed his law degree at Dalhousie University and became a lawyer in 2006. Since founding his practice, Jason has created local jobs, mentored law students into becoming lawyers, and led major projects – including the acquisition, subdivision and servicing of land for over 1,000 new homes in the GTA.

His approach is rooted in understanding people first, then delivering clear and practical legal solutions that get results.
